How do i turn it on? battery fully charged. tried holding power button. nothing works

You may have the battery lockout enabled. Hold the button in completely for up to 10 secs until the lamp flashes twice quickly and should then remain on. You only then need to press the switch once to switch off or switch on. If you want to re-enable the battery lockout, just hold the button in again for 5-6 secs and it will again give a double flash and you can release the button and the switch is locked out. Be patient!! If this does not work then the unit may be faulty. Good luck, it is a cracking lamp!!

How long is the warranty

I believe its 7 years, if you register the product with the manufacturer after purchase.

Can I buy another battery for it please?

Yes, the battery compartment can be opened and the battery pack inside replaced. I think the battery pack is two 14500 batteries, but the downside here is that you can’t simply interchange them with any other 14500 batteries you may have - you would probably have to buy the battery pack.
