Have used these bulbs for a few years now without any issues with the OEM wiring

What wiring relay harness is needed to ensure stable electrical supply to 100 watt bulb?

no relay needed just get the pigtail plugs into the factory wiring harness that turns the plug that touches the lamp is ceramic so it will knock me out been using it for 2 years like that works perfect get both low beams and high beams and all the kids with the HID systems want to know what time like you you can't beat them but carry a spare usually one of the lamps that you take out both low beam and high be I've had mine for a year and a half now and have not had a burnout but they do burn hot and bright have fun and good luck and yes I would buy another
