The media could not be loaded. Brilliant fun. My 6 year old loved it at Christmas. Then the family including a 9, 12, 14 year old came round and also loved it. Then the dog loved it! Then the adults took over - and loved it. Track building is tricky so the grown ups did it but once it’s built it’s easy to use. So many different tracks to be built too. Great product.

The tracks are difficult to put together and the metal connectors are flimsy. The joker car doesn't work well at all. The only good ish thing is the batman car goes very fast. I wouldn't recommend as for nearly £50 I would expect both cars to work fully.

We've just opened the gift and the Batman car has been around the track ONCE (!) and has stopped working! The silver material on the bottom of the car has fallen off on one side and it's impossible to connect. Very disappointing, it's been open less than ten minutes. Will we get a replacement car???

This is a great kit. Batteries last for ages and the cars seem very robust. You do need to reshape the metal brush things quite frequently to keep good electrical contact with the track, but my 4 yo has already figured this out and has already had hours of fun with it.

This was a christmas present for my 4 (going on 5) year old nephew. His dad used to have a large scalextric when he was younger so he was dying for his son to get one. He alreadly had a full set off brio and was mastering hot wheels so the time had come for Scalextric. He's also starting to be aware of Superheroes and currently loves Marvel and Batman. This set came well packaged and was easy to set up. The set came with a few track set-up options. At first he just wanted to put his finger down, but the car kept coming off the track so he quickly learnt how to control it so that didn't happen. The only thing I would say is that the Joker car seemed to come off the most, but I'm not sure if this is a fault as I don't know much about the workings of Scalextric.

(Yes there is a spare ones but the 🫣the type of toy used to last months before needing a replacement...One of the triggers on the remote keeps sticking and needs to be wobbled to retrieve...One of a cars constantly falling off in the loop.. as one car feels like sticking magnetically to a track and another one doesn't... Its just a few days after Xmas and this gift cousin frustration and anger in kiddo and to be honest myself... Definitely not worth the money spend... Shame I bouth ot a months before Xmas...Will contact seller but do not have a high hopes...will update review...

I loved scalextrix as a kid so was looking forward to getting this for my son. It was probably a little underwhelming. Looked great but without the cars flying off when you go to fast, there wasn’t much to it. Also had to return the first one because it wasn’t working. We got a quick replacement though.
