works great for cleaning the fryers at work.

I will only use the boil out type, but this stuff really works great. This product does not need boiling water in order to work.

Not a harsh as fryer pucks which is a huge advantage. I do not know if they would clean these old fryers to the same endpoint as the fryer pucks but now that we are doing routine cleaning this stuff works great

Expensive but it works, and apparently it's safe (it hasn't killed us). I use it on a home fryer (about a 1 gal oil tank). 30-60 min soak and the grease is sloughing off. Yes some remains burned on - but the fryer is more than 5 years old and sees heavy use. I just purchased my second bottle of this product.

The product arrived on time. I used this product to boil out my Commercial Deep Fryer. It works great. It does not sud when boiling which is why we use it.
