Good communication from the seller. Great product due to the virus needed to touch up my roots got a note of my colour from my hairdresser and instructions how to apply on my roots, mixing content and times etc For my first time touching up my roots all over I am very happy with colour great match, my hair is in great condition now with product it feels really silky and shiny excellent result. Least I know now if my hairdresser of 25 years is not available I can get a great result with this product. I did read all instructions on leaflet and followed my hairdressers advice closely. Thank you for a quality product a great price considering what I pay for my colour normally.
