Took awhile to get the lid off, but now the lunchbox is working fine.
I had a lot of trouble getting the lid off my new Medium lunch box; it seemed vacuum sealed on, and it took awhile to figure out how to pry it off without damaging the box. But eventually I did, and think this will be quite a useful lunch box. It's a bit smaller than expected, though -- if you like a hearty lunch, I'd suggest the bigger version of the lunchbox.
