Haven't used it for installing sound deadening sticky backed material yet, but it is easy to roll having actual bearings. Handle is securely attached and it seems solidly built. The wheel is smooth and has no "teeth" like most others, so I'll be able to experiment with both types.I can tell it is NOT a piece of junk just from physical examination. So I "can" recommend it on that basis. I gave it five stars because I currently have no negatives by which to subtract any.
