Great charger, small footprint, one of the best.
I couldn't be happier with this charger. It does NOT include an AC adapter or micro-USB plug, can use the same chargers that the majority of android phones use without issue (making sure they have at least a 0.5V output is crucial for maximum performance). It has nice grippy feet on the bottom of the charger so it will stay on a desk just fine. The display is really nice and full of information, the mAh counter can give you an idea of the life of your batteries left, and while I haven't ran into this, it states to have a function to tell you if you have a bad/dead/donezo battery. Will charge button or flat top batteries of varying sizes.Safety shut off works just fine, stops charging batteries when full, so good for overnight charging. While I don't make it habit to leave batteries on there for more than a day, I would feel confident leaving them there if I forgot. It comes with a nice branded bag, at first I thought it might be a fireproof charging bag, but I'm not sure. Most likely just a travel bag (it will fit an adapter, cable and the charger no problem.)Xtar makes great chargers. I might pick up the 4 bay version, as it can be a pain if you have people over who need to top up cells and you're waiting on bayspace.

Great Charger for Lithian batterys
This charger as close to all electric devices was made in China. That said, it still recharged my flashlight batteries which are 18650s. It took close to two hours using a 5 watt brick and the cable which came with it. What I truly like about this charger is that it has a LCD screen. The manual is worthless, but on YouTube there was a review that explained what was happening and the fact it turns off when the batter is fully charged. That reassure I truly enjoy. Also like the fact it was inexpensive.

Works Smart, good quality and value!
I saw the reviews about how it sometimes doesn’t fully charge. But that’s because it can accurately measure the charge on the battery and only charges till full. I’ve used this a lot over the past several weeks. I sometimes need to interrupt the charge as I use it in my car and unplug everything when I get to a job site. I then plug it back in and it starts charging but it won’t over-charge. It will charge until battery is full. I like the detailed display and the fact that it’s automatic. It’s always charged on the .5amp highest setting and charges my 18650 or whatever size batteries within a couples hours is so from near empty. I have a lot of flashlights working in dark spaces and use it a lot to keep recharging my large lithium batteries. Definitely good quality and value!

works well
I have used this item for months now and it performs as described. It's a little hard to read unless you have at least 20/20 eye sight. I would buy it again as it works well for my needs.

Very nice charger
This is the best charger I’ve found so far. It tell you how much it’s charging and at what rate. It also tells you the Ah level when fully charged indicating the battery life/heath of each battery. I.e. a 2500 ma battery charging to 2200 ma. Hopefully it lasts as my last charger only lasted 5 months.

Not entirely what it says
All in all is it not a bad charger it will take 18650's easily, however the back and the add says it will take 21700's, however this model did not. I will give consideration that specs for 21700 batteries my differ along manufacturers' product lines. I used Fenix tab top 21700 4000 AH, however they were a tad longer than the battery compartment on this model XTAR could accommodate. I have not had a problem with other models like the XTARs VC2SL and VC4 they took Fenix 21700s no problem.

21700 Didn't Fit into Charger.
My 21700 batteries didn't fit. Recharger was a hair too short. Had to return.
