Nature's Science is the Key!!
Formulated by Nature to safely neutralize bacteria and toxins that are released from the body during perspiration. Most people don't understand that most over-the-counter deodorants clog the sweat ducts to prevent the excretion of toxins. Since 1921 Weleda Sage Deodorant uses Nature's Science to help neutralize and excrete waste products, such as urea, lactic acid and helps the skin to naturally regulate body temperature and maintain a healthy electrolyte balance in the body. A non-perfume and natural clean scent that works with your body's natural pH balance for odor protection all day.

Smells really nice and
It is very rarely that I like a scent and see it working for many people. I also find deodorants and perfumes too sweet, too flowery or too something offensive in general. My best guy says I have a supernatural sense of smell and his is probably right as I can smell even when people are about to get sick. Well... in any case, this is a great scent and it doesn't smell artificial either. It hasn't bothered my skin not even once and it lasts okay for just a deodorant with no bad stuff in. My best guy also said he loved it for a while and he must have used it for about half a year before he went back to the aluminum bad stuff--because he felt not secure enough for the summer sweating. But let me check again with him... (calling him)"Yes, I would recommend it. I would say it is very good for about 6 to 8 hours and then it starts to wear off. But I would say this. I looooove the way it smells. It doesn't smell like sage, it smells like a really fresh clean smell. I really like how it smelled. It became my quick freshen up deodorant. Few quick sprays and I would go out. The ladies would go crazy when I wore it. I couldn't even get to the bottom of my stairs before the ladies got interested."Okay so yes, I guess we both recommend it. But I am upset now about the ladies downstairs...

Pleasantly surprised
I think my only complaint is that I manage to spray my face (rather than armpits) from time to time when I don't pay attention to the nozzle direction. This is of course a deodorant so it won't do anything to eliminate wetness but is great at keeping smells at bay. So far I'm yet to experience any foul BO and we've had some warm & sweaty days in the Deep South already. Also love that this leaves no white marks on clothing like some other products do. That being said, I don't know how white shirts would look in the long run (i.e. would there be "sweat rings". But that might be unavoidable regardless of what product you use or don't use). There is a barely perceptible scent and nothing that will linger. If my experience continues like this, I would definitely repurchase.

The only natural deodorant that actually works - smells amazing
I have been using Weleda Sage deodorant for years now. Amazon definitely has the cheapest price around - at natural grocery stores it is usually about $12-15 a pop. This stuff is really amazing - it is the only natural deodorant I have ever used that actually works (besides one other kind that you have to special order from Brooklyn.... more about that later.)It has an amazing lavender/sage smell and it is in a pump bottle. It is alcohol based, so you have to be okay with that, but I think that's why it actually works. I have really tried every other kind of natural deodorant - all of the stuff that people swear by never worked for me. Alba, Tom's the Crystal - none of it works until I found this kind, That being said - it does not work quite as well as aluminum-based regular anti-perspirant, especially if you are a big sweater. I am not that big of a sweater and more concerned about B.O. that actual sweating. You have to put this on right out of the shower or wash off before you use it for it to truly work but it does work.I ended up finding this amazing deodorant that people swear by that I use on really hot days and in the summer and I mostly now use the Weleda for when it's not so hot outside. The other deodorant is called "Soapwalla" cream deodorant. You can only get it online or from these special shops in Brooklyn. It is made in the hipster's kitchen. It is amazing and works as good as any deodorant, even for big sweaters. It is pretty expensive but I highly recommend it. The only thing I don't like about it is that you have to put it on with your fingers - it comes in a little jar. I much prefer my Weleda for day-to-day but the Soapwalla is great for the big jobs when I really don't want to sweat.

Like this stuff
Used to work at a supplement store and always had this. 10 years later bought some again and it's good stuff. Can be sprayed on clothes, shoes, etc too. Great smell.

Perfect compliment to natural deodorant!
I use this between showers or when I start to be able to smell myself : D It is incredibly effective & has clean ingredients. I love the smell & my 10 year old boy is starting to use it too. Its safe for everyone in the family to use. I alternate between this & my other natural deodorant.

It was pretty good, just not for me!
I absolutely love the packaging and how it’s in a glass bottle instead of in a plastic one. The scent was alright, it won’t bother you if you like the smell of sage, it’s a pretty strong scent, just don’t accidentally spray it on your nose lol. For me personally, the scent didn’t lasted pretty long, and I’m not sure if it’s just me, it probably is, I sweat alot, but the freshness of it didn’t last as long as I’d like, maybe a few hours. And after a while I kinda smelled like a skunk mixed with sage, the sage was still pretty prominent, it just didn’t help with my under arm odor as much as I’d like. If I went to spray it on again it kinda made the smell go away but not all together.
