So give it a few nights to start working. Then I noticed it does help me get quality sleep. The pills are huge and hard to swallow. Idk if it's just me but I felt like they tended to give me heartburn so don't take them after eating a rich meal. Only if you ate a healthy low fat dinner lol. They work but it's such a chore to swallow them. Half the time I don't take it.

This is the type my doctor recommended, because it's more bioavailable, meaning my body absorbs more of it. She didn't specify a brand, just this type. It's hard to find in stores so I order it via Amazon. No complaints.

This is an ok brand. There are many that are good. This will do the trick unless price rockets , then there are many other good brands besides this.

I purchased my 1st bottle, and after taking them for one week, along with my 1 a day multi vitamin, I've noticed a considerable difference in my energy during the day, then when bedtime rolls around, I sleep soundly! The label says 'fast absorption' and it holds true. At least for me, I believe it. I would recommend this supplement if you're in the market for a good magnesium supplement.
