Bought to replace aluminum for a porch, definitely an improvement
Replacing aluminum screen that took a hit from a storm. Prior to the storm, the aluminum starting showing dents and small displaced holes where bird perched on the wire screen. This screen definitely has better visibility than the aluminum screen and doesn't have a memory, making it easier to install. It is supposed to be heavier and more resistant than ordinary fiberglass screen-I have to take their word for that because I couldn't tell. It installed easily and looks great. So far I'm quite happy with it. Time will tell if it is indeed more durable than fiberglass or aluminum

Window Screen with a Good Feel
I installed this quality screen as porch windows in a mountain area known for steady winds. It has worked performed great. The heavy duty quality wire is easy to stretch and tack. Time will tell on its lasting ability.

Happy with this product, but note cautions
Slightly heavier mesh than I was purchasing at Ace for very large oceanfront panels (48" by 12 feet) on our porch. Made the installation a bit harder -- more effort to prevent some "bubbles" of looser mesh. Of course doing this on the oceanfront with a nice breeze makes installation a challenge anyway! I will say that I learned something: first replacement of two of the large panels after 6 years and although most of the other sections were just under 48" and this role worked fine, the other two sections were just OVER 48" and I still needed to go to Ace for 24' of 60" mesh.

Installed in 4x8 screen frames used on my screened in patio, so far this works great and looks good. Can't say much about how long it will last, but for now it seems very durable

good strong screen for vynyl
stand up pretty good when birds try to fly thru my screens, the aluminum screens leave holes from birds but the vynyl holds up and is a little more flexable

It was fine for purpose of screen porch
It was fine for purpose of screen porch, but it was advertised to be sturdier, the kind used in pool enclosures. It seemed to be the same stuff as at big box hardware stores. Reason I went online is b/c they don't carry 100 ft. rolls

Use heavier spline for easier install
Working great but I recommend using a heavier spline I found .140 better than.125. It will hold better while rolling out the rest of the screen
