Great information about body and weight
Very good product, a really useful way to track aspects of bmi, body muscle and bone health, body fat etc. For accuracy use directly on non-carpeted flooring. App that connects to scale very easy to navigate/use. Scale takes 4 AAA batteries and connects to app via bluetooth.

No app available for scales.
The scales look good and well made, however all of the body composition data with the exception of your basic weight is accessible through an app. The app seems completely out-of-date and totally inadequate as it won't download onto my laptop, tablet, old smartphone or my new up-to-date smartphone. Without being able to use the app this item is nothing more than a greatly overpriced weighing scales. I have returned it as it is unable to do what it says in the sales pitch.

Highly recommend
I bought this after ready some articles online about which Bluetooth scale is best.It arrives well packaged and visually looks great. I agree with other reviews on here that if your foot is larger than a size 6/6.5 women’s uk size, the scale may be a little small.I love this item so far! Great App, easy to download, and the app connects very well via Bluetooth to the scale. If your having doubts - don’t! It’s worth the purchase.

Confusing stats
Scale works okay, nice looks, sometimes have to open the app and press "weigh in" to have the data be received in it.However, the detailed stats are confusing and do not necessarily give confidence.. on the screenshot it shows, body fat percentage times wieght doesn't equal fat mass. But then that's the description of the stats, so how does that work?!

I bought 3!!
Such a fantastic little gadget! My first purchase was so successful I bought two more for my friends! You can track everything via an app, which connects to Apple Health. So between your Apple watch and this scale you get tons of information on your overall health. I lost over a stone by tracking my health via this scale, most importantly, it allows me to focus on my fat percentage.

Easy to use and quick to connect
This scale works well from a weighing perspective and connects seamlessly with the app. However, I’m a bit skeptical about the accuracy of the stats it provides. I suspect they’re mostly algorithm-based, calculated from your weight and height. I work out almost every day, doing a lot of running and strength training, and I was hoping the scale would offer a more accurate insight into my body fat percentage.Even in athlete mode, my BMI and body fat percentage appear higher than when using less technical methods. For example, I’m quite muscular but only 5'6", yet the scale says my BMI is 29.5. I play football twice a week, and my resting heart rate is around 50 bpm, so there’s no way my BMI should be that high. According to the scale, though, it is.Overall, it’s a good, sturdy pair of scales, and it syncs well with the app, which in turn syncs with MyFitnessPal. All of which is really quick. However, as a device to provide more insight into my health metrics, it hasn’t been particularly helpful. If anything, it’s made things more confusing.

Dishonest
Decent hardware unit. Feels solid, but a bit on the small side. I have size 11 feet and most of my toes hang off the front when weighing. Taking a measurement was fast and it records a lot of data. I don’t know how accurate it is as I’ve been trying to link it to Apple Health. The Apple Health integration - is READ ONLY. It *takes* all your health data from Apple Health into its own app, but never WRITES any data back. For a smart health instrument, this feels kind of unfit for purpose.I’ve been monitoring the data for a while and it never attempts to put any data (weight, body fat etc) into Apple Health. So all of the clever metrics it collects never go back into the phones integrated health system. So this means you’re now locked into using their app for all health (as Apple Health never has sight of any data from this unit). This appears to be by design and possibly the same with Android’s health system? The (new) Hume iPhone app is slow, ugly and clunky. It feels like a bunch of wonky web pages stuck together - but it is also just a subscription upsell. It’s main purpose is to get you into a subscription - following the account creation and setup, make sure you read the prompts otherwise you will find yourself on a free trial and an automated payment schedule.Hardware feels good. Software feels dishonest.Refunded.
