Why won’t the pumps twist open to dispense?

Sometimes they get tightened down extra tight when they are manufactured. Please make sure the top is tightly screwed onto the bottle before spinning the top. If that doesn't work, please remove the pump from the bottle and hold tightly directly under the part that screws onto the bottle. While holding that tightly, please twist the top and it should pop free.

Love love love this product!!

Love love love Head Kandy and all of their products. Using the shampoo/conditioner for 6 months and I am amazed at how healthy my hair looks and feels. So soft and manageable and I dont have to use near as much product when styling as I used to. Add the third wheel spray and you are set, your hair will be very happy! Plus it smells amazing, my husband even comments on how good my hair smells!

I always like trying new shampoo brands. I'm not sure why, as most don't live up to the hype. This is a nice smelling shampoo that seems pretty much like any other mid-priced shampoo brand. Not bad, not terrific.

wasnt sealed

I'm not sure if I'm writing on the correct page but my conditioner was full & sealed but my shampoo isn't. my conditioner was sealed & is filled to the top of bottle & my shampoo isn't, is it suppose to be this way? I have a pic on my phone but didn't know how to get it on here.Thanks
