Life changing
WHY HAVE I WASTED MY LIFE WITHOUT A HEDGE TRIMMER?!? I have never owned a hedge trimmer. I have 5 acres of yard and woods. I mostly kept up the past 22 years with hand trimmers and tons of time, but fell behind the past two years because of injuries. The invasive honeysuckle, florabunda roses, blackberries, grapevines and forsythia have taken over. I decided a hedge trimmer was my last chance - researched and bought this one because it was lighter weight (I am female, 54, on the small side, not that strong) had two safety points, and got good reviews from a tech site. This thing is amazing. I am in love. My forsythia had overgrown about ten feet tall and five feet wide, with large grapevines growing through it and onto the pine trees beside. It cut through it like butter - even the large canes and thumb-wide grapevine stems. Cut it down to 4ft tall in minutes. Cuts through large honeysuckle in seconds. Overhanging branches? No problem. Evil overgrown invasive roses - not a scratch on me. I don't know what the people who say it gets stuck are trying to cut - anything larger than what I'm going through would be a sapling. Though it did manage a few tiny saplings with no problem. Used it about 90 minutes (stopping and starting to rake) and battery was only down a bar. Because you have to hold it in two places, I never felt like I was going to cut off fingers or slice through my leg. It was easy to get the blades to stop. The con: Even lightweight is heavy. After 90 minutes with lots of starts and stops my arms are limp. I could lift it over my head for minutes at a time - but I will not be reclaiming my land in one morning.I've spent years on the fence about getting one of these and wish I'd had one 20 years ago. And this one does everything a person with acres of invasive bushes needs to keep them under control. I can't speak to durability - but it was worth the price just to cut that forsythia down to size and get my treeline under control so I can mow. I highly recommend.

It's a winner! Super light!
I have a bad shoulder. this 22 inch with 2 ah battery was magical compared to my old corded 24 inch. This one is super light, super flexible. I had 10 shrubs to do and it worked perfectly and still hasa 3 out of 5 bars on the battery charge. So happy I bought one of the Worx leaf blowers, a more powerful version (maybe good for snow?) Anyway. I spent a couple hundred and saved the $280 from the landscapers. It was actually fun to do with the right tools! I read the other reviews, but all I can say is for the first round of trimming it was a win win win. Now how to spend all that money I saved! lol

Well worth the money.
These clipper work great! I’ve had a shorter blade, electric for years. These are lighter weight, nice long blade, and cut great. I clipped two large boxwoods, one pine type bush, two fire bushes and three bushes in front yard before I had to recharge. They have never looked so perfect. I did a high hedge in front that I had a hard time doing with old clippers because I couldn’t reach center top well. These long blades help keep hedge straighter and cut through all branches. My arms never got tired like they used to, I’m a 69 year old woman. So recommend to anyone

Easy, convenient, will need extra batteries!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love the convenience of using a trimmer without an extension cord. This has a very long blade and is easy to use however the battery only lasts for about 1/2 hour with steady usage. Make sure you buy extra!

Another good worx product
This trimmer is a keeper. It is easy to use, light but very solid feel. Seems to be very well made and battery lasts quite a while on one charge. I like the fact if I have very many shrubs to trim when battery starts running down I can just put another worx battery in and keep on going. This trimmer is well worth the money!

Bang for your buck
There may be a better one out there but I’ve been very happy with this machine and for the money I don’t think you can beat it

Great Trimmer
Used this trimmer to trim the shrubbery in my yard; that includes azaleas, forsythia, and lilacs. Worked like a charm, had no issues at all with this unit. I bought it primarily because I have other Worx items that use the same battery and those have always done exactly what they said they would do. This trimmer does the same.

Buy two batteries for sure
I’m satisfied with that trimmer . All job was done with one battery. I have corded trimmer and used that many years , now I see big difference. I’m strongly recommend this trimmer to my friends. Five stars
