Brilliant book to read with children
This book is an easy read and explains Autism from a child’s perspective “Eddie”. The way it’s written means that it’s not confusing to the listener and encourages them to ask questions and even make comparisons to friendships and family.I think it’s a great book and even bought another one Mistakes are cool by the same author.

Wonderful book ❤️
My son loves this book. It’s so wonderful to have a story to share that helps him and others to understand his world. It uses the correct terminology and language, which is refreshing. He took it to school for World Book Day and it was a big hit with the staff and pupils. Helping to educate and Overcome any stigma surrounding autistic people. We have also bought other books in the series which are also just as good.Thank you 🙏

how to teach kids the differences in people.
my wife and i stumbled across this beautifully written book. it is written at a child's level from a parents perspective of how to teach the differences in people and to teach the children that not all people are the same. we have been looking for this kind of tool to help explain Autism to our children as they have a cousin who has Autism and to make it easier for them to understand what this is all about. with the simplicity in the writing and the excellent artwork to accompany this wonderful book it made our children's understanding of the differences in some people easier to explain.our children just read this book and asked "is this about our cousin?" there were no other questions asked, as this book told them and connected with the traits and behaviour of our family member.a fantastic book from a fantastic author.

Brilliant for those with autism and those without
After my daughter received a recent diagnosis of autism, we got this book to help her understand. She read the book a few times and quickly came to terms and cites the book all the time. I would recommend for any child to read.

Really lovely book, feels a little cheap compared to other kids books
We bought this book to help explain to our newly diagnosed 6 year old that he is Autistic. First thing I would say is the quality of the book isn't great, but the content more than makes up for it. This book really helps for him to understand a little bit of what Autism is and it was really uplifting and positive. I've added a few photos ❤️

Great book to explain autism
This book is amazing. I've recommended it to several people already. My son who's recently diagnosed with autism has found this really useful and it's written in such a caring way. His face lit up when it said about some people lining up toys, it really helped him relate without being too specific on certain traits it's all about accepting differences where ever you may fall on the spectrum. Highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to explain autism to a child.

Just ok
Was not overly impressed with the quality for the price. It is ok as an introduction to autism but lacks any depth or character likeability. Plus the dad has a weird Hitler moustache.Just a bit dull and not really in 'kids language'. Feels stiff and adult like to read like a brochure rather than a story. I think many parents are just searching for a book to help to explain autism to their child and due to the lack of choice we are happy /desperate to pay £6 for a book.
