This product is sturdy and does what it is supposed to do. . I used them to mount 4x4 posts on a concrete deck to build a fence. Excellent product, service, and price.

This product was PERFECT for us. It provided a very strong base o hold our 4x4's for the railings. We could not have been more pleased with this product. We used 5/16" lag bolts with washers to secure brackets to the 6x6's. It would take a pack gorillas to rip it out. In addition, I think they look GREAT! The quality of the baked on paint will last for years and years. There was another one available at Home Depot -BUT it was more than twice the cost- didn't look as good and I had to wait a week for delivery. I ordered these on Friday afternoon and they were delivered in my garage Saturday afternoon. Excellent product, service, and price.

We use our deck more now that it has some shade. These post holders were a good value and worked great holding up posts for a sail shade.

Exactly the type of post bases we wanted, however, two of the bases were damaged in the box they were shipped in. Hoping we can straighten them enough to beable to use them.

This was perfect for my application. I used them to mount 4x4 posts on a concrete deck to build a safety railing. These are much higher quality and better appearance than the galvanized brackets they sell at the home supply stores. My only real issue is that the mounting holes could be larger. When drilling in concrete, the drill can wander a bit, in which case I had to file out a few of the holes to match my slightly deviated drilled holes.

This product is sturdy and does what it is supposed to do. I had to shave a little bit off the corners of the 4 x 4 going into the support to make it easier to put it into the support. But that is better than having it be too loose. This support also allows for two bolts to be installed to tighten its grip on the 4 x 4.I would buy it again.

I got the pack of 4- 4x4 (3.5x 3.5 actual) brackets. I used these to make a desk from a commercial door that weighed quite literally 120lbs. They are certainly quality enough to hold up the heavy door and computer equipment on top of it. And they make it easy to quickly pop off the legs if I need to move the desk elsewhere in the house.
