To steam clean a large kitchen and bathroom tiled floor. Did the job perfectly.

Fairly good brand simple use and you get fair amount heads. You can buy additional mop heads like a generic type and I’m sure they’ll do the job just as good as the proper one. Paid around about £49 for so I think it’s not too bad probably there are cheaper ones. But you’re probably paying for the name.

It is lightweight and easy to assemble and good steam BUT it feels flimsy can't see me having it for the 6 yrs I had my black and decker, I can see it snapping sooner rather than later. If it was more expensive I would have returned it, the steam only works when you are depressing the button so if you had a large area to do or had arthritis in your hand then it would become a problem. The cord is not very long at all!!!

I bought 2 - one for my daughter and one for us. We love them. We had a slight problem with Not steaming at first with ours - the ball inside was stuck so a good shake and it works fine now. I also bought the extra pads which were needed.

I'm glad I waited a while before reviewing this item because first impressions were great. It went together easily and worked well over what is quite a large area of hallway that includes some tiled steps........but then the problems started. Firstly the pivot point on the arm started giving way. I mean it's a great idea if it works well but this one is clearly not strong enough and can't be locked in place. Then it refused to heat up again once it'd been turned off for refilling the water reservoir, for about ten to fifteen minutes. Not a huge issue for some people, I'm sure, but with a large area to do it meant sitting and waiting until it was ready......then finally, after only four months of use, it refused to get hot enough at all. It felt hot but it wasn't switching the light from red to green and so wasn't allowing you to press the button to produce the steam. A bit of a major problem for a steamer. So, there it is. It lasted four months as a steamer at a cost of a tenner a month. Some may call that value for money. I don't.

So easy to put together and plenty of tools . Filling the water tank is easy. The only reason I didn't give 5 star is I found thehandle a little bit flimsy so time will tell if it lasts long but overall it's good buy.

It is a lovely little helper. The floor are left clean and dry quickly.
