Easy on the stomach
After a week I’m starting to feel a bit more energized, no bad side effects, no gi issues. Doesn’t taste bad at all, it’s is a small dose but wanted to stay of low and possibly add more soon. Highly recommend. Love Seeking health and love Dr. Lynch.

Great iron supplement
This was recommended to me and has been great. The taste is good for a chewable and it has helped increase my iron on my lab work which is great. I have taken it in the morning on an empty stomach and at night and haven’t had any issues. Highly recommend.

Tastes like candy
I love this company's products! The iron & vit C chewables taste a bit like Smarties candy. They're easy to break in half for the dose I need. I noticed a difference in my energy immediately.

Tasty, easy on the stomach
I used to be worried about digesting my old iron pills, I think it helps that they’re chewable and the digestive system can recognize it in that stage. I fee that it does help me and gets absorbed well. Always great products from Seeking Health!

Tasted very metallic
I'm not sure how these are so highly rated with taste. I got these for my granddaughter because she is anemic and thought the chewables would be easy for a child to take. Since they were rated well I didn't think there would be any problem but each time she chewed one they caused her to gag and eventually vomit. Her mother thought she'd try one just to see and said they tasted very metallic and caused her to feel very nauseous. She says she couldn't get rid of the taste for the whole rest of the day. She brought them back to me and I decided to try a piece of one and indeed, they were very metallic tasting but I only took a taste so I didn't have the reaction that my daughter and granddaughter had with nausea. I am not sure why we are so sensitive to this supplement when so many others rated it great with taste. It is not just the taste that's the problem though since it also caused nausea. Maybe it's the form of iron but it makes me hesitate to purchase the chewable multivitamin with iron which was the next thing we considered. I have purchased many other supplements from this company in the past and have nothing but great things to say about those. I have also purchased the chewable, sublingual b12 and folate and thought they tasted great with no problems.
