Im currently using these filters. How can you visibly tell if the vitamin c has run out and it's time to replace?

I love these shower heads and of course the filters! You will really notice better hair and skin! As the other answers say, you will see when the filter goes from powder-white (not see-through) to totally clear and see-through. Don't change the filter until you can see it is totally clear. It is still good and still working when it looks "lightly cloudy" and the powder looks almost completely gone. The light cloudiness tells you there is still Vitamin C in there. By the way, YouTube has some good videos of 'regular people' who give helpful information. PS: I have two friends at work who have taken my advise and bought these, and they are astounded at how great they are. One friend's son says his hair doesn't start to smell dirty the next day like usually happened before using the shower heads with the Vitamin C filters!! I really need to buy stock in the company!! LOL!

Does this fit other shower heads with filters? I just bought one before seeing yours, and I would like to get your filters instead.

I don't know if it fits the others, Mica. But I do know that the shower head for the Sonaki is extremely well made and lasts for years. We have had both of ours for a very long time.

Will these fit with the sprite hand held shower heads? it looks similar in size to the sprite filters for their handheld shower heads.

Not to my knowledge. It may fit, but it may not work properly.
