How to i adjust the date/time on the camera ??? (the instructions are poorly written).

when I edit the time and start time camera, the next time I connect it to my computer, the file resets to default. Now, when I start the camera and record stuff and next time I connect to a computer, the date is 2019 again. So, I just gave up and when ever I make a video I just have the camera look at my watch or phone time or any clock. Or just say the date and time.

Can the video quality be changed?

The Video format is AVI you can change from 1920*1080P; 1280*720P and 640*480P
