If it says Joy Marlone on the Bottle or Box, Jo Malone perhaps, it is not same brand as Franck Oliver, so No. It might be a product containing Oud scent but they don’t all smell the same depending on the concentration and what else may be mixed in.

This is one of my favorite colognes. I don't know what went wrong with the one you received. That's too bad! Perhaps they can replace it for you.
