I was low on copper in my bloodwork and was bruising easily and often. Haven’t done follow-up bloodwork but I’m not bruising like I was.

I'm taking this because my doctor suggested I do so. Don't know why specifically, but I trust this one doctor, so I obeyed him. I can tell you the pills are very small, of course easy to swallow, but you don't chew them, so can't attest to taste as asked above. If only he could recommend a safe pill to put more hair on my head!
