I ordered blackberry but i received black cherry. how can i get this resolved?

When I've received the wrong item (color, flavor), I call Amazon and send them (if desired) a picture of what I received plus a copy of the order. They've always been good (to me) in sending me the corrected item.

Does this need to be refeigerated once opened?

Yes. it says on label to refrigerate after opening.

Is this puree seedless?

Yes, it is seedless. (And very sweet.) Delicious, though.
