I know people usually use ring lights and the like, but do you think this is sufficient light when using a webcam?

In my opinion it would not light you up in front of the camera without other lighting. It can provide a gentle ambient glow, but (again in my own opinion) even the little phone clip ring lights would run circles around the lamp. Mine was a gentle glow, even at the highest setting, and after a full charge would start to dim in about ten minutes, and keep dimming consistently over about an hour until it died completely.

Is this a good lamp that i can use for drawing? i’m getting this but i’m just curious if i’ll need another light as well when i’m drawing pretty late.

How long does it take to charge the lamp's battery? I received one as a gift and I haven't noticed an indicator telling you when it is done charging.

It depends, but I would say it charges pretty quickly it will still work while it’s charging. It comes with a USB to charge, so the lamp is charged when it is packaged to you. I would say it was a good purchase for me :)
