Excellent value! Just show down and follow the directions during assembly.
I did not have high hopes for this when I first ordered it. There were a lot of people talking about damaged product or how it breaks easily during assembly. I'm here to tell you that wasn't the case for me. If you slows down, plan out your assembly strategy, and work with care, you'll be rewarded with a very nice side table!Packaging:. Arrived double-boxed and undamaged. The inner box managed to make it from Vietnam to Florida without any issues. Things are very tightly packed inside, so please open with care. Inside, the items are wrapped in cellophane with padded paper between the sheets. Not the best protection, but it does the job and minimizes waste.Inside the box:. All items were there, nothing damaged, missing, or broken. There was one "extra" screw in foot that had a cockeyed screw peg.in it, but since it was extra, it didn't matter.Assembly:. Pretty straightforward if you read the directions. I recommend the following adjustments - 1) use a SMALL amount of wood glue with the wooden pegs, 2) use a regular hand-held screwdriver (no drill or battery driver!), and 3) use dinner wood soap or lemon oil on each piece PRIOR to assembly. Some Goo Gone will also be helpful for removing the glue residue on the little stickers that label each piece. Start-to-finish took me maybe a half hour. Results: Solid wood, no partical board! It's sturdy, looks great, and does what is intended to do. For $60 delivered next day, it's a no-brainer!Highly recommended.(And no, I did not receive any compensation for my review, paid for it with my own hard earned money.)

BE SMART... READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE ASSEMBLING!
If you are clumsy, not mechanically inclined and things tend to go wrong with everything you try to assemble, you might consider the common factor in all of those situations... you, and a little humility (a low opinion of oneself) goes a long way. This product is indeed real wood, not particle board. However, it is not a heavy hardwood like Walnut or Ipe, it's not 'axe handle' tough, and it definitely is not priced as such, so YOU must manage your expectations and assemble it with care. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN THE SCREWS! I think this is what is happening with these breakages. With adequate lighting and some glasses on if you need them, tighten the screws until the gap closes between the pieces and you are done, stop there! If you can't see well enough to see the gap, tighten a little at a time (1/4 turn of the screw) when you think you are close and keep checking the gap. Get a piece of paper and try to stick it in the gap at screw locations. If it won't go in you are done! The stand is not going to travel cross country on a skateboard, it will sit and hold records, etc. and there is no need to go crazy tightening things. Much of this review is tough to say that but the truth is offensive sometimes and sometimes it takes being offended to grow.Onward, this thing is a really beautiful piece for the price. The grain of the wood is tight, nice looking and it looks like a much more expensive piece. Great... now I need to actually buy one for myself! I bought it as a gift for someone I love and care about and I know they will not be disappointed. I have neurological and cognitive issues but this stand was very easy to put together, considering the brain and hands I'm working with. I think it took me about 5 minutes or so. Take the pieces out of the box, have a good look at the labeled decals (A, B, C, D, etc), REVIEW THE INSTRUCTIONS, and have a good look at the way the parts will go together. It is simple but I am sure someone could assemble a part or two backwards or upside down. I'm that dumb, I almost did (humility, folks). It might be good to get a thick pillow or something to hold things up for you as you put the screws in if you are not coordinated or have neurological issues like me. If you put a piece into a grove and let a lot of transverse/sideways pressure get on that piece it may break out some wood at the groove like another reviewer posted pics of (you are doing it wrong, Bro, lol). Get someone to put down their phone for a minute and help you keep things lined up like they are supposed to be or figure out how to do it alone. AGAIN, do not overtighten the screws. Snug the legs good and listen to the wood. If you hear slight crackling, STOP TIGHTENING! Go easy on the wood screws, close the gaps and quit. This piece is beautiful and a phenomenal value for real wood. I'm really happy with it. To the seller, THANK YOU for offering us a nice piece like this in beautiful real wood!

Well worth it for the price
First thing’s first, I urge you to measure your turntable before purchasing this item. I’ve got a pretty basic one and it *barely* fits. That being said, this is a pretty solid stand, especially for the money. I consider myself something of an expert on assembling inexpensive furniture, and this one was easy and quick with a regular screwdriver. My only complaint is that the building instructions don’t specify orientation of pieces while assembling, but that’s easy enough to fix if you do it wrong the first time. I don’t know if it’ll last forever, but right now it seems sturdy and holds more vinyl than I expected. All in all I’m quite happy with the purchase.

Different, Nice…but
I looked at a number of these type of stands for record vinyls, and this one by far seems to have the nicest (more modern) wood appearance versus the more rustic looks of virtually all the other stands of cheaper wood quality. One thing I would like to see, is an extra large version that stands taller, and wider, with an additional compartment or two. This doesn’t even fit my record player on top but luckily I wanna keep that in my stereo equipment cabinet. All and all I still think it’s better looking then most others and am happy to own it.

Beautiful Record Stand
This is perfect for our space! We love the look and quality. We got the 3 tier shelf so there is a space for our speakers as well.

Bussin'!
Exceptionally impressed with this product from all angles; the solid wood construction is beautiful, the assembly strategy is well thought out and the instructions were appropriate for the task at hand. All that being said, it is on the smallish side and I will need to make some adjustments to allow my turntable to fit properly so do your measuring as the shelf it sits on is lower than the surrounding edges.

To small to hold a record player / turntable..poor quality
FAILS at being a record player / turntable stand..to small to hold any electronic equipment..I bought 4 of these and one was cracked..2 missing stain in spots..one of them had hardware missing to mount the legs..I would caution to not use the legs as the stand is very weak and flimsy..DONT waste your money on this...it does not work for record players.

Looks good and does the job
I bought this to be used in a new flat that I am moving to. It is the perfect size for my needs. Each of the four compartments is 9cm wide allowing for plenty of vinyl LPs to be kept. It is a flat pack item requiring self assembly but at age 74 I had no problems. Each of the components was well wrapped and nothing was missing. I used my own Pozidrive/Phillips screwdriver which was better than the small tool provided with the unit. Very attractive and functional.

Ein Traum
Gut verpackt, läßt sich schnell zusammenbauen und ist wirklich sehr gut verarbeitet. Plattenspieler passt genau drauf, einige Platten rein. Farbe wie abgebildet, bin begeistert.
