Good, but no better than others
Having taken a class with a Stott trained instructor the language used in this book is very familiar and made it easy to pick it up for a home practice. I knew that the book was only 110 pages long, however there's a lot of blank space and as a result there isn't that much content. I have other pilates books which have just a section on the reformer which cost significantly less, but have just as much detail.
