Update: I contacted the email that This company lists for this product. A nice man responded to my inquiry and offered me a full refund. I told him I would actually like the product since it worked fantastic for my husband when it charged. He said he couldn't because it wasn't available anymore. It felt nice to be listened to and the refund, when I agreed to it, was almost immediate. It took a little while for a response but I am satisfied and I understand given that my message probably went to an email that had an out of stock product. All in all my experience with this company changed with his response and I would do business with them again.This quit charging. It is supposed to have a one year replacement warranty but I can't get contact back or from Amazon in order to get a new one. Worked great on my horse and my hubby for a while. Now I am just feeling scammed by Amazon and Aldom and searching for a new one makes me think Amazon is just perpetuating this scam with a new verified seller and then discontinuing the product after a few months and rereleasing with a new company name. I want a new massager or a refund!!!
