Best in the segment and value for money
The best product in the segment. Bajaj electricals is very reliable and provides robust after sale support. Free installation and the pipes were provided by a bajaj agent and was professional. Certain reviews were mentioned about it being a scam ( free installation and pipes ) but it's actually legitimate, you have to initiate a service request in the Amazon app rather than waiting for a call back. Overall a good experience.

Worst quality of bajaj geyser
Very worst product experienced in my online purchases. Within one year geyser not working.I called customer care more than 50 times. No response and issue not resolved. So I was forced to buy new geyser other than bajaj.

Installation is mentioned free but not free
The product is good but only thing I don’t like is the fake marking by Amazon I really got disappointed by Amazon because while I was buying this product it was mentioned that free installation and free pipes for the geyser worth RS 600 but I called the service provider from Bajaj for the installation but they told installation and pipes will cost 800 Rs other wise the product is good

The product page states that free home service and free installation are basic and essential. Their website also mentions free installation, but when you download the Excel sheet, it says "No." After raising an installation request, there was no response from their team-not even when I offered to pay. Worst service. No pipes were provided.----I'm updating my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. The installation team called after two days, but I had already hired a local technician for installation. However, the product didn’t work - no heat, and no green light glowing. I raised another ticket, but even Amazon didn’t help with the return request. I then opted for a free technician visit. The technician came and fixed the thermostat, explaining that this issue sometimes occurs during transit. Now it works.
