Why the products is flakes not powder?

This product is design in flakes instead of powder to prevent raising dust. But it can dissolve into oil as quickly as powder.

Will it takes a long time for the flakes to melt?

Please make sure the temperature of the used oil is hot when adding the solidifier and stir it thoroughly for faster dissolution.

Will the solidified oil hard to remove from the pan?

To avoid this issue, do not add excessive hardener, please add it in proportion. If it is difficult to scoop out, you can heat it for a while to soften the bottom layer, and then use a silicone spatula to scoop it out without damaging your cookware.
