Each time you comb, use the toothbrush to brush it out & remove lice, nits, dandruff on a paper. And then after finishing this process, just keep the comb below running water & wash it thoroughly & use the toothbrush to remove if anything is still stuck.

Awesome product...was really fed up with continous cycle of nits n lice in my scholl going daughters hair...have used almost every lice kill shampoo n oil available in market but all in vain as it only kills lice n nits remain as it is...manual removal of nits is not possible ...was despirately looking for something to get rid of nits where i saw this product online...initally was hesitant to buy because of high price but just after 1st use saw the results 90 percent nits were gone within 1st use...i m so happy with the product...worth every penny...good job whoever made this...

It is a good product but not as efficient as claimed in the reviews. Also cleaning the comb is very difficult. It doesn’t remove 100% lice as claimed and makes it quite overpriced. But it is painless.
