We used it for my daughter dance show it was great sort of. When practicing it was ok and worked well. But noticed the the arm straps you had to hold it because if you slide them up then the wing clapped over and didn't look right. Going forwards I would get more elasticated band and sew them in

While this is probably (definitely) an owl outfit - it was perfect for my 2 year old that loves pigeons and she's convinced it's a pigeon which is perfect! Room for her to grow into the wings so I'm sure we'll have many years of play out of these! Well made and the felt seems robust.

We ordered this at the last minute to dress the children up as kingfishers, for a tune in the Forte School of Music Creative Keys book, called Kingfisher Falls. The outfit arrived within a couple of days, ready for us to rehearse ahead of the the big day itself. They stole the show at the Forte Festival, as they looked brilliant in their costumes!

Really cute and my son loved this but unfortunately the arm attachments came off so I had to use safety pins to hold them on.
