Great Customer Service
The product is great. So easy to set up and getting working. It charges quickly. It isn't overly large and doesn't take up much more space than the headset itself. The only tricky part is, depending on your head strap, you may need to figure out how your head strap needs to be positioned when you place it in the cradle so the magnetic connection is correct and it will charge. Overall not that difficult to to do.My tag line mentioned customer service....well...it's really top notch. I had my charger for a few months and it started to not work properly. It wouldn't charge correctly, it would show as fully charged (green light indicator) even when I just got done using it. The head set was not fully charged and the indicator was saying was. I would fiddle with it and eventually it would then...after a while it wouldn't ever charge. I went on their discord channel and asked if anyone was having similar issues. I immediately received a response from the Prism XR team advising me they would send a DM. I received the DM, they asked a few questions, and then advised they would send a replacement free of charge. They wouldn't have any in stock to send for about three weeks, so they offered to send me out one of their battery belts, free of charge, so I would have something until the chargers were available. So I waited the three weeks and followed up with the contact I had from the DM message...the new...free of charge...charger was already on its way to me. He provided me the tracking number and I received it a day or two later. In today's world you don't ofter find companies who stand behind their products like this. They went above and beyond to make it right. I am very with the product and very impressed with their customer service. Anyone who is looking for some VR accessories, I would suggest you check out Prism XR...these guys are great!

The perfect charger for your Quest 3!
This charger is amazing! It takes up very little space. Unlike some others that are longer or wider, this one isn’t much wider than the VR headset itself. And it’s so easy to charge by just dropping it into the cradle. There is a magnetic connector that moves toward the charging pins so there is no fussing with alignment. And the controllers also connect to charging pins when placed in the charger. There are LEDs which indicate the charge status so you will know when the device is fully charged. It also comes with a support adaptor that will accommodate your modified head strap. This charge base is very well made and seems pretty sturdy. I have no doubt that this will last a long time. This is a wonderful accessory that makes charging very convenient and is well worth the cost!

Much better quality than others with thoughtful design elements.
Much better quality then other cheap charging docks.I had a different brand with a flat rectangular shape that all the individual pieces sat in to charge. However, the quest itself never nested very well, partly because I had that dock inside a cabinet drawer for security. As a result, sometimes I would go to use my Quest 3 and would only be partially charged, despite the charging light blinking initially. With the magnetic charging connection, this unit is much more secure when docked, and didn't take much more space despite the layout being more front/back rather than having all devices laid out in a row. There's also a button on one side of the dock for enabling/disabling the charging LEDs...Very thoughtful and nice addition!Comes with the dock, the magnetic charging connector (2 actually, with plastic placement guide), 2 AA rechargeable batteries for the controllers and charging palm covers. Also included, is an AC adapter, USB-C cable and an extension for resting an aftermarket strapWould definitely recommend, especially when on sale.

A bit different than the Meta charger, but 1/2 the price
-----Original follows this update-----I was disappointed that the controllers require an adapter to work, but as it turns out it looks like all third-party controllers do similar. I still use this to charge the headset, and since it's my second charging unit (I have an original Meta charging base) I am happy with it, being 1/2 the cost. When I posted the review below, they reached out numerous times to try to make things right. I commend their customer service, and if you are looking for a "first" wireless charging base for your Meta 3, I would recommend this one. In particular, I like how compact everything is, taking up very little space compared to other brands.-----Original Review------It works, and it's nice and compact, which is why I bought it.I bought it as a second charger, since my Quest moves between my office and my family room. My existing charger was a Meta brand which I purchased as part of a bundle. This unit, while compact and functional (hence the 3 stars) requires you to add an additional brace to the bottom of your Q3 to ensure alignment with the charging probes. Unfortunately, adding this brace to the Quest 3 makes it incompatible with the Meta charger, so they are mutually exclusive.Similarly, it has batteries and new covers for the controllers and they are also incompatible with the Meta-branded charger. So, while it works, be warned that you may find your unit won't work with accessories which expect "standard" connection points for the headset and controller.
