Easy setup, works with SmartThings
Excellent video, upscale regular 4k and processes it to a higher resolution. Easy to set up, lighter than most 75" TVs because it uses an additional media box that can be placed with your other components or attached to the back of the TV and hides all cords. Love that it connects to smartthings and can now view video cams connected to our security system. Few instructions were included but it is fairly simple and intuitive to figure out. The sound in the TV is mediocre. Most who purchase this TV will have their own Audio system bit the TV sound is fine for regular TV. Movies and music you will want a sound bar and subwoofer. Roku works ok to turn everything on, but Roku has not updated their software to fully control this 2024 TV. The One Connect is very convenient and reduces the weight of the TV by about 15 pounds. Also love the minimal border which is only about 1/4" at the bottom and 1/8" on the top and sides. Set up to use Bixby or Alexa which I don't care for. It was advertised as Google Assistant and have not figured how to connect it yet. Lots of default apps but I have not found Nest or Google yet. Samsung internet and about another 100 apps like Tubi and Prime are standard. Overall love it so far. My previous TVs have all been Sony which I love so this is a change. Impressive video, mediocre sound. Better than my previous Sony 4K but pricey even on sale.

LOOKS GREAT BUT
for the price not worth it, it came busted TWICE in shipping had to send it back and get it back its not 8k even though it says it is and the menu is very co fusing and forces you to connect a samsung account to use the tv and is full of AI slop its not easy to set up either, the picture quality is nice, the sound is pretty good, the value is not worth it

Beautiful Product
I love this TV! Incredible picture and easy to use. One side note...if you plan to order a longer One Connect cable than what it comes with, they won't work. I tried ordering 4 five meter cables as I thought each one may have been defective...but no...all didn't work...Hard to believe, but samsung does not yet have a longer one connect cable than what it comes with that is compatible.

Samsung TV: Fragile Product, Zero Customer Loyalty
Review of Samsung 85-Inch Class Neo QLED 8K QN800C Smart TV: Fragile Product, Terrible ServiceI purchased the Samsung 85-Inch Neo QLED 8K TV on July 19, 2024, for about $3,400. Given the high price, I expected a durable, long-lasting product. However, I made the mistake of not purchasing the extended warranty, figuring nothing could happen to a TV like this within such a short time—especially under normal use.Unfortunately, just a month after my return policy ended, something unexpected happened: half of the screen went completely black. While I have no idea how the damage occurred, it appeared as though the TV was hit, although no one in the household admitted to it.I reached out to Samsung, hoping they'd offer some help, especially since I own five other Samsung products. Instead, I was met with zero empathy. They sent a technician who not only refused to help but dismissed the issue as user-caused, implying I had damaged the TV myself. Despite my loyalty to the brand, Samsung was quick to brush off my concerns, making it clear they had no intention of resolving the issue. Their message was essentially, "You're out of luck."This experience was incredibly disappointing. Not only did I spend a significant amount of money on what I thought was a premium product, but Samsung's lack of customer support and loyalty was staggering. Their service center was unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me with a $3,400 TV that was useless within two months.**My Advice:**Samsung’s products may appear top-tier, but they are **extremely fragile**, and if something goes wrong, **don’t expect any loyalty or support** from their service team. If you're considering making a big purchase, especially a TV, be prepared to deal with unresponsive and unsympathetic customer service, even if you’re a long-term customer. In my experience, Samsung doesn’t stand by its products or its customers. Do not buy expensive Samsung products you will regret it if something goes wrong.
