This tastes great! I take it about 30-45 mins before bed along with 1 additional magnesium gummy. It seem to work well and help me to sleep.

Had really wanted this to work as calcium pills take so long to digest. I had to get a magnifier to see dosage levels on the dropper. When the dropper has the liquid in it, it is impossible to see what measured amount is. I will try the gummies.
