Good setup options
Its a good way to get IL, & the setup provided can be used to apply it to all parts of body. Bit costly due to the import value. Since, its a US appliance, using a 150w step down 220v to 110v voltage converter.

It came with American style wall plug so couldn’t try it and had to initiate a return.

Relieving Muscle Pain
We have been using this light for a couple of weeks now. My girlfriend and I exercise a lot, resulting in constant shoulder and upper body soreness. To manage the pain, we usually rely on ibuprofen or naproxen. However, we are looking for alternative therapies to minimize drug intake. My girlfriend has been using this light on her shoulders and back. I place it about 9"-12" from the center of her back and each session lasts about 30 minutes after a workout. Surprisingly, her back and shoulders didn't get too hot, and the pain felt a little relieved. I wonder if it's psychological. However, the improved blood circulation was evident in the rosier complexion on her back and shoulders. This light may be more suitable for skin treatment or facial circulation, thus relieving muscle pain. The light is very lightweight and comfortable to use. There is no pain associated with red light therapy, just a very subtle warmth depending on how close you are to the lamp. So if you are trying to get warm by this lamp, it shows that you cannot think that way. Its main purpose is to improve fatigue, increase circulation and relieve pain, not to warm you up.The adjustable stand makes the lamp versatile as you can place it behind you or above you etc. to target the targeted treatment area. Safety glasses are included to protect your eyes and it is best to use them as the lamp is very bright. The light has only one setting so it is very easy to operate. I really like the fact that it uses an AC adapter as a power source; I've noticed that a lot of devices have started using Type C USB cables, but I find that less convenient.I haven't been using the Red Light Therapy for very long, but if used consistently it can clearly provide different health benefits. Overall it works well and is easy to use, so I'm happy.

Spa Treatment at Home
This is a good quality Red Light Therapy Lamp, it is easy to assemble and use and it provides a therapy at home so it's convenient and saves money and time. I do red light therapy treatments consistently, and I like that this is curved and has an adjustable arm. Great and effective red light therapy lamp.

This works and is good quality for home use.
First, let me just say that red light therapy (RLT) is a little bit controversial and still under a lot of investigation. I'm not making any claims about it for the general public. All I can say is, it works for me. I have a few skin problems (mild psoriasis) that have definitely been mitigated by using this light. My face, I wear, looks younger too, but maybe that part is just wishful thinking! I’m not using it for pain, so I can’t speak to that. The light panel itself is very nice quality. It's got a full 120 LED's, and all of them light up and have been working for me for the last month. They include glasses to protect your eyes, but personally I never use them. One of the things I'm trying to get is my face and I didn't want shadow effect on there. I haven't seen any real problem with brightness except that everything is slightly green after using it for a few minutes. Keeping my eyes closed is the only protection I have used. The weakness of this whole device is the stand itself. The arm is OK. It's about the same quality as you would get on a medium quality reading lamp that used the arm and spring system. As long as you don't bash it around it shouldn't be a problem. The big negative is the pole that the arm attaches to. I do a lot of live audio and mic stands are made out of steel tubes so my opinion may be a little bit skewed, but the actual pole that goes between the heavy metal base and the swing arm is about the lowest quality you can get without it falling over. Every time I adjust the height I'm nervous that I'm going to break something. That being said, I've used it almost daily for a month and it's holding up fine. For now, I will not remove any stars as only time will tell.In the end, quality wise, I would say this is a high quality **home** system. In other words, if you're using this in a business, you may want to look elsewhere. Although realistically, given the price, I don't think you could do much better. Just don't manhandle it everywhere and it will probably hold up for a long time to come.

Great product
I recently started using the Red Light Therapy Lamp for my face and body, and I've been quite impressed with the results. The device is easy to set up with its sturdy stand, making it convenient to use at home. After just a few sessions, I've noticed a reduction in fine lines and a more even skin tone. Additionally, it's been beneficial for muscle soreness and joint pain, offering relief after my workouts. Overall, this red light therapy lamp is a versatile and effective tool for both skincare and pain management.

Good so far
The base of the stand is a bit unstable, could use more weight to help keep it from wobbling. This light is comparable to the ones I’ve seen in the spas I’ve visited, and the light covers a large surface area. Will update in a few months on whether I notice any improvement in my skin & body.
