I love these canisters!! They are very thick and sturdy. Super clear like glass. I can fill them with soup and hold it upside down and they don't leak. They are great to use in the freezer and if you microwave it, you lift up the black snaps, leaving the lid on, and the steam escapes through a little built in hole under the black snaps. Keeps your microwave cleaner. This is the second set of these that I bought. These sizes were perfect for me to put my sugar and flour and stack them on top of each other in the pantry. I love seeing an organized pantry. I even bragged about these to my sister and mother and they bought them too. My sister takes hers to work with her to use in the microwave for lunch.

Love Rubbermaid Brilliance collection. It is such a great product and made in the USA, even better. BPA free which is great. Lid is tight and keeps cereal fresh. Lightweight, clear color so you can see how much you have. Slim on the sides, great for organization .Very durable. Easy to fill up, great functionality.

Packaging for shipping of this item did not protect the container. The lid came broken and unusable. We contacted Amazon for a replacement and with no questions asked, a new item was shipped and received the next day! This was the fourth of four items. The other containers were perfect. . .they are great for our breakfast cereal storage and we use them daily.

I just bought two sets of Rubbermaid Brilliance BPA-Free Food Storage Containers with Lids Airtight Kitchen and Pantry Organization Set Includes 3 Containers and Scoops Clear 16 cups. I already own this same style of Rubbermaid food storage (but smaller) for years now, and it is my go to for any kind of food storage. It's very easy to see the food stored inside it; air tight, so you don't have to worry about spillage or food contamination; very easy to clean even if there is grease or tomato sauce/no scrubbing required; These containers will last for years. The one thing that I would never do is use any kind of plastic containers, including these in a microwave oven; these are the best at wet/dry food storage. The 16 cup size storage containers are a perfect size and a must have for every kitchen; you'll always find them in mine!

It was time to replace my flour and sugar containers and I’m so glad I picked these! They are durable and seal, air tight. The quality of the product is so much better than the heavy plastic containers, I used to use.

It's a well constructed container but what a size! Everything I buy from Amazon is either enormous or minute! This is the size of a small appliance. I'm going to need a larger kitchen at this rate. I wish the size had been listed in inches rather than cups. 18 cups didn't mean a great deal to me. But who would want a cereal container as large as this? This is far too big! I feel like Goldilocks!

Have only had for a week or so but so far I love it! Just purchased several more. They seem well made, tight seal, snaps off and on easily. Good quality!

I use this for dog food. Holds a 3.5 lb bag of dry food. It is perfect! So much better than scooping out of the bag. Fits in my cabinet perfectly. It seals well and is easy to open and close. I can see when we are running low.
