Can this be included as a carryon on an airplane?

I don't see why not...this power bank is dust and water protected ...its encased pretty well. I have other power banks that aren't as well encased in rubber and I carry them on no problem

Does this charge an I phone 11 and 12?

It has a USB connection. So if you have an I phone cord with a USB end it will work.
