Well made stuffed animal. Realistic coloring and incredibly soft. Not just for kids. Nice size...not overwhelming. Matches colors in my bedroom! I propped hin against some pillows. He may have to be kneaded somewhat to get him to stand alone on a hard surface.

Realistic representation, 6 year old granddaughter loves it!

I am 31 years old and admittedly love stuffed animals. I lost a brother 20 years ago and was gifted a stuffed bear by my school after his passing which I still sleep with to this day. I’m rambling on I know, but my best friend recently lost her father whom she was extremely close to. I wanted to give her something that she could hug when she missing her dad because having my bear has helped me to this day. Her favorite animals are penguins and After looking around on Amazon I came across this little guy. He was reasonably priced and I was a little concerned he would be cheaply made. I then noticed the brand was Wild Republic, which I recognize from past experience and I know they have pretty good quality plushes. I ordered him and he came quickly and was wrapped tightly in protective plastic. I was so happy when I unwrapped him, the quality is great for the price and he looks even cuter in real life that the photo (which usually never happens with plushes). My best friend absolutely loved him. She named him Henry (her dad’s middle name) and she sleeps with her penguin every night! She said he helps her get through hard times which makes me so happy as that is exactly why I wanted her to have him. Thank you for the great purchase! This little dude was a steal. He is so soft and I am now debating on buying a penguin for myself :)
