I bought this mini PC more than 4 months ago and its doing really well. Still very quiet. Boot up is very fast. I love how small it is, not taking up much space on my very full desk. Ive never noticed it getting too hot and I live in desert climate. Its a really great value, saving a lot compared to full sized desktop towers and still packs a punch!

Got this to replace a Windows 10 desktop that was not upgradable to Windows 11. Well worth the money. Easy to set up and has two HDMI jacks so I could hook up two monitors. Has a tiny footprint and so far, has performed flawlessly.

An excellent solution. Comes with windows 11 pro. Super easy set up. I used "PC Mover", to transfer everything from my previous Desk top. Plenty of input/output ports...These miniature the way to go.

It's amazing how much power they can pack into one of these tiny boxes. If you laid your smart phone on top of this computer, it would hang over about an inch top and bottom. It's easy to install an additional interior drive (I took a 1 TB out of my old tower and installed it in about 5 minutes). All in all, I've got almost 6 TGB of storage using a USB docking station.It's quick, QUIET, and so far, I'm quite happy with it. My only downer is that, for gamers, you're not going to be able to play games that need an RTX 4090 graphics card. However, the Iris Xe graphics engine is good enough to handle some less demanding games like No Man's Sky, Shapez 2, Captain of Industry, Cataclismo, and Going Medieval. So, unless you really need to pay over $1K more for an RTX 4090 system, this is a good bet.

Been using ot for a month +. Easy to set up, works great. I like the extra RAM for my business apps. Came with Win 11 Pro, also a plus.

I needed a new work system as I am a professional and work from home full-time. My Asus Laptop is almost eight years old and was not able to keep up with the secure connection from work and all of the large files I deal with. So my husband, who is a tech-hobbyist, ordered this Geekcom mini-pc for me.This is our first Geekom system, as my husband likes the BeeLink mini PCs. While getting the system set up for me, he would walk away and come back to it a little while later to find it off. At first, he attributed it to the power drop-offs that happen in our community. When he had the system ready, he switched it out with my old laptop, connected it to the battery back up, and started up Windows, which failed to launch. After spending an entire day attempting Restores, OS Repairs and even a clean OS install, it was apparent that we needed to involve Geekom as my husband believed the issue to be with the NVMe SSD, as he was able to run a copy of Windows from a Thumb Drive.Now, we purchased this system in early 2024, but due to our hectic schedules, didn't set it up until November. My husband contacted Geekom via email and explained the issue and his attempted repairs. They responded very quickly with a check list of additional things to try. Support is out of China, so expect once per day communication (including weekends). They realized quickly that my husband was an advanced user, so they even had him remove the NVMe SSD and try to start up from a different SSD, which he had already done. Geekom agreed that the NVMe SSD was the issue and offered to replace it with a comparable SSD from Amazon. My husband found three reliable manufacturers with comparable drives and submitted them for Geekom to choose from. Geekom even let my husband upgrade to a better SSD with us only paying the balance above the agreed-upon replacement price.Even though we received a pc with a bad SSD, Geekom was very quick to provide support and a replacement drive, even with our delay in setting the system up. Now the system works flawlessly.FIVE STARS.....

Wouldn't start right out of the box. It wouldn't boot up to Windows 11. It was as if there was no OS installed on the CPU. At first I thought it was me. I checked all the connections. I could hear the fan, nothing on the monitor. No action on the computer. I returned it immediately. The specs are great. Too bad it doesn't work. I'm working now on my old computer, took five minutes to set it up again. So it's not me. I know how to set up a computer. It's the Geekom hardware. You can't trust it. Customer service is non-existent except for an email address.

Extremely fast and smooth machine. Note that the motherboard died after 16 months of use, but they replaced it within 1 week of issuing complaint. It's back up and running now - smoothly and perfectly. 3 year warranty is the real deal.
