It's just the letter. Nothing else.

Does this work on Ice ?

It is intended to be used with a blot of melted wax, can be used with an ink pad to stamp something. I've never tried it on ice but it is substantial enough that the brass could be warmed up/heated. I guess it would depend on the application. Maybe I'll try it later when i have some time, and let you know.

Could this stamp on chocolate?

Yes no problem . Anything that hardens should be stampable. Word of caution. It has a wooden handle and washing it continually will break it down faster. But the stamp itself should be no problem
