Bought for Firestick but doesn't work? Some say it does others said it doesn't? Any help?

I brought mine for an extension for my hdmi cable. It didn’t work. Sent them back but the replacements did not work either. I found that they are criss crossed. Look at both ends and you will see the small ends are opposite from each other. What I did was to order this earlier from Amazon for something else was, 4K HDMI Wall Plate, Fosmon 1-Port HDMI Cable Cord I took the connector off and used it to extend my cable. You can see both ends are the same. Don't know anything about a firestick. I hope this will help you…Bob

Does it deliver 18 gbps?

Delivers nothing. Tested with tons of HDMI cables and devices of several resolutions. Tested two out of the pack. Both partially detected a signal, but not enough to pass it on. A sign they are all bad and not worth continuing the test. They're as useful as a mobile app that tells you your mobile device is on. Use them to protect the ends of your short HDMI cables, store them, and go buy the actual length of HDMI cable you need from Monoprice. Do not buy these. You are officially warned.

Does this display 4k resolution? (If I have a 4k tv and 4k hdmi cord)

These HDMI coupler connectors are not high-speed. To achieve the best 4k resolution you can use a high-speed HDMI cable and high-speed HDMI coupler connectors if you need to connect more cables.
