Does what it says on the tin - 2nd one I’ve owned, wouldn’t be without it in the kitchen. A little troublesome undoing the screw to replace batteries but otherwise a top buy

Bought this on recommendation to go with an air fryer, where testing the temperature is potentially more important when estimating cooking times and temperatures. It was more expensive than I would have hoped, but the ability to read an accurate temperature almost instantly, rather than having to wait until it stops changing, is a huge benefit. It feels robust and is good and easy to use, turning on and off automatically, and protecting the probe (and fingers) when folded away.

Unreliable. After around 4 weeks of light use the unit started to not turn on when opened. This continued on and off for another week or so until the unit just stopped responding. Was not a battery issue, seems to be a product fault judging from some of the other reviews. Considering the cost of this item, this is unacceptable.

Brilliant product very fast and accurate, the only thing I don't like is how hard it is to change the readout from deg C to Deg F I often cook American recipes where they are in deg F and English recipes that are in deg C and you can't just flick a switch you have to get a coin and open up the back of the thing and even then I can't see an easy way of changing from one to the other, it's easier to just ask Alexa what the equivalent is.
