I installed this 8gb DDR3 stick in an older desktop that was struggling with basic tasks (Basic internet browsing, etc) and the difference was INSTANTLY noticeable. Simple Upgrade
It’s a lot easier than I thought to upgrade ram. So don’t be afraid! I was just swapping out a 4gb for this 8gb, make sure you have the right DDR! YouTube videos show how to remove and slot out/in, it’s quite uncomplicated if you can use a screw driver and follow the steps. Check your system for maximum usable ram - no point in getting 8 if only 4 can get used. Anyhoo, my one slot ram laptop has gone from 4 to 8 - 7.89 usable.
