Are Bumble and Bumble products better than Redken and worth the extremely high price?

Honestly. No. I’ve used this twice. The first time I loved it but the second time for some reason I found it really drying. I found the Redken all soft a much better product. Also bumble and bumble customer service are dismal. I’ve been waiting for over a year for a reply.

Do you really need a good conditioner after use as said in a review ?

I would recommend using the same conditioner as the shampoo. If you are using this one for damaged hair a conditioner is a must and it lasts longer than the shampoo as you don't use as much of it . I can highly recommend this product.

does this shampoo create build up on hair in a way that you can't put your fingers between your hairs as they attach to each other? or not?

Is this shampoo also known as "new wash" that i keep reading about from bumble & bumble?

I don’t know but this shampoo leaves hair lovely and soft and smooth ... definitely a must if your hair needs smoothing .

Love this product

Love this product. My hair is quite fine and lots of it. It's all very dry and frizzy at times. This is lightweight and superb. My hair needs very little stying and hold the wave better than products specifically made for that. Just great. no issues with the seller either.
