Can this drain in the sink and be filled with a jug?

No to filling it up with a jug but technically you could have it drain into the sink.

Can you use this product without using the App? I don't want yet another App.

Yes, the app has 3 extra cycles to choose from, but it’s not required for use.

Is there an installation service with dishwasher
