Alpine SPG-17C2 2-Way Co-axial Speakers

I have had these speakers now for around 2 years and they are as good then as they are now. These are well made and sound decent. Don't expect alot of bass from them. The have decent kids with good high tones and don't need alot of Cone travel.

Amazing value for money at this price. As always with Alpine these are well made and sound great. Fitted them in the door cards of a Mini with extra mdf and sound deadening and they kick, even running off of the headunit. Can only imagine how good they would be with even more power up them from an amp.

Very easy to fix, anyone could do it. The speakers respond well to e.q changes from the head unit source it’s self or from any music streaming e.q settings.I like that you can have the volume low but turn up the bass or turn them up louder and turn the bass down.The reason you would want to turn the bass down is due to vibrations from your car.My next step is to dyna mat the doors but not hugely bothered.

These speakers are amazing , purchased by recommendation ( so glad I did ) they really sound perfect .

I have had them for 3 years they have never sounded very good so I decided to replace them today and now I see why they didn't sound very great the speaker cone rubber surround is split into places a perfect split, they've been covered by speaker grills and they've only had a standard stereo connected to them there is no reason why they should be split obviously just poor quality I wouldn't waste your money I definitely would not recommend you buy these speakers

Sound and quality are ace.Driven from an alpine amp they have good treble and mid with more base than I expected enough so I can have the Sub off most of the time .

Fantastic speakers that will shine with a proper amplifier. They're fantastically loud and don't distort. The tweeters could perhaps be better but if you're not pushing your system to the max and/or have it appropriately amped they will be superb.Quality units.

Got these as a replacement for my front speakers because one of the stocks had broken. I’ve had these in for about 6 months now and cannot complain about the sound quality of these at all. Deffo worth the buy!
