If you want ease and less discomfort from putting inyour jewelry, use this! It works extremely well. The only problem I had was getting the top inside the jewelry once it was in my ear, but I would say that is more user error. I was able to insert the post into my ear great.Grabbed this in a pinch and worked amazingly. My jewelry had fallen out. I luckily found all the pieces (post and top) and this tool made putting the jewelry, that seemed impossible to get back in, easy.I have seen a few reviews of people talking about missing the pusher and just having the taper. I had the pusher and it worked great!
