not enough room for two cots and stove
very nice tent sent back cause not enough room for 2 people with cots and stove did test out in strong winds held up with no problems except no snow flaps around door openings so lot of cold air came in should have larger vents on top other than that very well made and worth the money

Extended year round camping tent
I love camping but I really hate winter temperatures and despite the arey of tents I currently own, not one is of much use when it gets chilly, let alone cold outside. Now I have actually camped in my 3 season tents in December and January (in multiple states) a few times and I can definitely say the OneTigris Northgaze 2~4 Person Hot Tent will make winter camping in a tent a true luxury compared to my 3 season tents. In short I really like this tent, plus I'm excited about the future adventures I plan to be comfortable for.The very first thing I noticed about this tent was obviously it's carry bag, but more precisely that even the bag itself had a name brand YKK zipper on it (this is where most tent manufacturers cheap out). I also noticed that everything was much higher quality than I expected. For example the center pole has a stretch cord, the stakes are not simple easily bent garbage, all heavy use points are reinforced, and even the attachment points on the tent are adjustable. This surprised me as more pricey tents I've purchased definitely did not have such nice hardware or forsite included. The tent all packed up nice weighs in at 5.3 lbs, considering how big this gets I am definitely impressed. This tent is super fast and easy to set-up and takedown (a huge plus on a cold winter day), I also found it to be super easy to pack into its carrying bag.The inside felt warm and comfortable even without a heat source other than my own body heat, obviously as temperatures drop a heat source will be required. Fortunately this tent has you covered there as there is a port for a chimney and wood stove, this has a silicone material that is heat resistant for the actual port. Obviously you may not require that all the time so there's also a regular material patch that zips up on both sides and hook & loop fastens at the top under an overlapping part to truly seal it up nicely. There are two screened vents that can be fully open or half open, obviously you will definitely require some ventilation to let the humidity from your breath out. These seem to do a pretty good job of venting without allowing much heat to escape, as well as keeping snow from getting in.The tent material is Silicone-coated 40D nylon fabric, this is pretty similar to other tent rain fly material definitely keeping rain or snow out. The bottom of the tent is open (there is no floor) as is standard for these types of winter tents. There is an extended patch of material that goes out around the tent (except the door), this is to be outside of the tent and gets covered by leaves or snow to seal the bottom from drafts. I recommend a silver lined tarp for use as a rug in winter to really keep the heat in and the cold out. There is also a tie point at the top of the tent, this is very helpful as you can use it to reinforce the setup utilizing the pole, you can use the tie point instead of the pole, and it is super useful for drying the tent in smaller spaces. The guy lines and tie points, I absolutely appreciate and love the reflective properties of the tie points and the guyline rope itself. I saw it on the tie points very lightly during the daytime, but when I turned on my flashlight and pointed it at this tent the first time I was very surprised. It lights up very nicely looking like the tent has lights on it, aside from this looking super cool it saves you from tripping over the lines repeatedly especially at night. Moreover this helps you to very easily find your tent without being too obvious. The color is a nice rather neutral coyote brown that will mesh well in all conditions. I've definitely owned plenty of very bright colored tents, and to be frank I personally much prefer the more muted neutral colored tents that don't scream look I'm a bright tent. This tent definitely helps you keep your eyes on nature more by not doing that. The porch option, I can definitely see where on warmer days or with the optional (not included) summer screen tent insert would be wonderful. I however couldn't utilize this feature in my testing as the tent only comes with 1 single center pole, the porch option requires two more poles with points at the ends (the points fit the pre installed grommets). The set of 2 additional poles can certainly be purchased from their sales page and are surprisingly fair priced. Just be sure to double check that you are purchasing the correct set of 2 poles vs the single replacement options available. I figured it likely didn't come with them but was still a little disappointed that they showed multiple pictures that way in the product pictures but didn't include them.So to be clear you get the tent itself, 8 guylines, 18 tent stakes, one center pole, carry bags for the pole and stakes, and a complete carrying bag for all of it.That all being said, personally I really like this tent, I have been camping since being put in a baby backpack and brought into the woods as a baby. This tent will make a huge difference for winter trips into the wilderness, but I would definitely consider purchasing the summer screen insert as well. Not one of my current tents prior to this one could I stand up in, I am 6'2" and granted I have to stand fairly close to the pole, I can stand completely without issue in this tent. So I feel pretty confident that you will really like this tent as well and I really appreciate you taking the time to read all of that. Moreover I hope this helps you in making a solid informed decisionI sincerely hope that you are currently having and continue to have a wonderful day and get a chance to go enjoy some nature.-GhosT

Nice tent!!!
Same great quality construction as my other OneT gear. Directions are easy to read and it goes up fairly quickly. Seam sealing is good with no leaks after 2 days of light/moderate wind and rain. Came with all steaks and lines but including the inner mesh tent would make it better. Overall, its a great 2 person hot tent that should last quite a while if its taken care of.
