Bad smell
I really wanted to love this mug — the design is great and it’s sturdy, but unfortunately it retains smells really badly. After washing it with soap, the scent lingers even after multiple rinses and air-drying. The inside and even the outer part of the mug started to smell off, and I couldn’t enjoy my coffee because of the lingering odor. I tried baking soda and vinegar but the smell wouldn’t go away completely. Really disappointed because otherwise it’s a good product.
