I prefer this milder lemon honey flavor, as the straight menthol is too strong for me, and it still opens up my sinuses a bit so I can breathe through my nose. The size of each lozenge,and quality of these lozenges are equal to the other brands, as are the ingredients. They melt slowly in your mouth which for me, gives the time needed for it to do its work. The longevity of one lozenge allows me to make my daily 4 mile walk without stuffiness. I also keep extra lozenges in my pocket, and at least in cold weather, so they do not become sticky…..which I really appreciate.
